Here are a few of our team members:

Desila Rosetti
Founder and President

With more than 25 years experience in business training and development, human resources and project management at both large and small corporations, Desila Rosetti is recognized as a visionary leader and change agent, believing strongly in building long-term client relationships through outstanding service and problem solving. Desila is founder and President of Organizational Development Solutions (ODS), a successful nationwide training and development company based in the Chicago-land area. Her passion to partner with executives and their teams to realize top organizational opportunities and performance is the driving force behind the organizations current success.

An executive coach and mentor, Desila is committed to moving beyond a basic organizational development outline, customizing programs for each and every client. Desila has earned the exclusive respect of a long list of multi-million-dollar clients who rely on her expertise to help grow their businesses. With a wide array of offerings always tailored to specific client needs, ODS has consistently developed and perfected clients' training programs, strategic management processes, and human resource matters, including employee handbooks, evaluations, and audits. Survey design and data analysis are also a prominent part of ODS' expertise.

Prior to founding ODS, Desila worked six years corporately as the Executive Director for the Center for Management Development at Indiana University Northwest, where she served organizations primarily located in the Northwest Indiana region. Desila understands first-hand the organizational and strategic issues her clients face.

Desila has been a featured speaker for highly regarded national and state conferences and presented professional research papers at the Midwest Business Administration Association and The Academy of Business Disciplines annual meetings. She received the Bob Baird Award for her work at the 2004 National Business and Economics Society Conference. Desila has been published in numerous academic and industry journals. Most recently she co-authored research on Sexual Harassment Programs Using Behavioral Science Research, which has been published by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Desila serves as full time faculty for Calumet College of St Joseph. She is a past president for the Indiana Association for Healthcare Quality, is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, a Certified Training Consultant and an examiner for the Indiana State Quality Award. She is President of the Northwest Indiana Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM) and a board member for The National Association for Healthcare Quality, where she serves as the Director of Special Interest Groups (SIG's). She holds a Bachelors Degree from Purdue University and a Masters from the University of Notre Dame.

Sharon McGuire

Sharon McGuire's 20-year human resource management career in both public and private corporate and non-profit environments provides her with a strong background to achieve results with a wide variety of businesses. Having managed human resource functions for organizations from 25 employees to 250 plus, Sharon's one-of-a-kind combination of interpersonal and analytical abilities uniquely positions her to expertly communicate, educate, plan and measure at any level within an organization.

Sharon is frequently called upon as an expert in all aspects of organizational relations, from employee training and coaching to policy and procedure development. Quality improvement and survey design and evaluation are also among Sharon's strong suits. Sharon often serves as a virtual team member in organizations, providing interim human resources leadership to determine department priorities and staffing needs.

Sharon currently acts as a trainer and human resource specialist for Organizational Development Solutions (ODS), a nationwide firm focused on business training and development, human resources and project management, based in the Chicago-land area.

Sharon also serves as the Director of Human Resources for HealthVisions Midwest, a non-profit faith-based organization in East Chicago, Indiana. In the 20 plus years prior to joining ODS and HealthVisions Midwest, Sharon worked in a variety of fields, including higher education, workforce development, healthcare, government, non-profits and private business with a focus on manufacturing and production. Sharon has an excellent grasp on nearly any human resource and employee relations issue, past or present. Her broad level of experience allows her to anticipate problems and expertly evaluate even unpredictable situations with techniques tailored to individual clients' needs.

Sharon is an Executive Board member and 2009 Chair for Healthy Communities of La Porte County. She is a national member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is currently the Chapter Management Professional for the Northwest Indiana Chapter of SHRM. She has been an active member of the La Porte County Sheriff's Office Mounted Unit since 2005.

Shaunna Finley

Shaunna Finley is a creative, goal oriented professional with strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience in the coordination, development, implementation and evaluation of profit and not-for-profit organizations. Her experience in procurement, grant writing, budget and statistical analysis, quality assurance, monitoring of strategic plans and request for proposal development assures her a strong position on the ODS team. Shaunna previously worked at the Center of Workforce Innovations and was responsible for the development and oversight of all systems in support of WorkOne. She has also managed a charter school and supplemental education services in Chicago. She also volunteers at several non-profit organizations in Northwest Indiana.

Gayle Argenzio

Gayle Argenzio comes to us with over 30 years experience in project management and leadership with Xerox Corporation. Having served in roles such as Sr. Systems Analyst, Operations Supervisor, Programmer and Quality Control Specialist, Gayle’s extensive experience with analytical research, sales and marketing and project management have been beneficial to many of our clients. Gayle's ability to organize, understand and complete projects within designated timeframes has made her a valuable asset to ODS.

Lisa Deutscher

Lisa Deutscher brings a wealth of skills, knowledge and professionalism to the ODS team. Lisa has spent over 15 years working in the public education system. She is known for her excellent problem solving and leadership skills. Lisa is self-motivated and dedicated to providing the highest level of satisfaction and customer service in every role. Lisa recently returned from California where she received specialized computer training to further assist in her work with public school systems.

Matt Cook

Matt Cook currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for the City of La Porte in La Porte Indiana. Along with that, Matt is very active in the local chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. Matt is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Organizational Development at Loyola University. With all that, Matt finds ample time to work with ODS on special projects. His leadership style and sense of humor make him one of our favorite trainers. Matt’s expertise in problem solving and communication have made him a valued member of the ODS team.

Faye Adams

Faye's expertise in marketing, planning, and project management provides a level of service to ODS clients that can't be found with just any other consulting and training organization. Faye is based out of Indianapolis and is available to assist on a variety of projects including website design, brochure development, and specialized project management and training opportunities. Faye's dedication to her work and the professional manner in which she conducts it make her an invaluable member of our team. Faye previously worked for Delta Faucet Company in research and development.

Other team member expertise includes survey design, data analysis, program evaluation, executive coaching, and OSHA training. We offer a diverse team, with diverse skills in order to assure the best fit for your organization.
