Rosetti leads Indiana State Council to National Honor
Desila Rosetti, Organizational Development Solutions, Inc. and Foundation Chair of the Indiana State Council for the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM) has lead the Council to be named a 2012 SHRM Foundation Champion. The SHRM Foundation's Champions Program recognizes exceptional state councils for their commitment, leadership and generous support to the Foundation's Annual Campaign. To achieve the Foundation's Champion designation, the state council must:

  • Make a monetary contribution to the annual campaign from state council's funds.
  • Conduct a Leadership Campaign with 100% giving.
  • Increase by 10% or more the state council's monetary donation over the previous year's donation
  • Hold at least one special fundraising event to benefit the SHRM Foundation

Champions are listed in the SHRM Foundation's annual "Honor Roll" brochure and on the SHRM Foundation website. Rosetti is also a member of the NWI SHRM Chapter, previous foundation chair, education chair, and past president.
